CF is a genetic condition that makes it easy for lungs to get infections. And it makes those infections very dangerous.
People born with CF have spent lots of time social distancing, self-isolating, hand sanitizing, and wiping stuff down. If there's something you can do to avoid germs and viruses, we know about it and we've done it. A lot. And if there's a way to stay safe while living an awesome life, we know that, too.
So we've got some tips to help you stay happy and stay healthy in this new world.
